Project Requirements

The client demanded a premium façade solution that could balance style, transparency, and structural strength. Scope of Work

  • Structural Glazing – Large glass panels are attached to bear the load, provide a minimalist aesthetic and maximize natural light.

  • Curtain Wall Glazing – Glass and metal panels are used for aesthetic and performance goals like energy efficiency and sound insulation.

  • Spider Glazing – Stainless steel glass spider fittings are utilized to provide structural support to exterior bolted glass assemblies securely.

  • Shop Front Glazing – Aluminium extrusions are used to include intermediate horizontal and vertical mullions to allow for multiple lites of glass.
  • ACP Cladding – Thin aluminium sheets are used for its durability, weather resistance, versatility in finishes and textures.
  • HPL Cladding – Kraft paper and thermosetting resins are used to enhance durability, aesthetics, and energy efficiency.
  • SS Railing – Stainless steel is used to maintain safety, long-lasting performance and sleek aesthetic.
  • Glass Railing – It is a modern architectural feature that provides a protective barrier while allowing for unobstructed views and a sense of openness.
