Glass Tech Solutions was entrusted with the task of executing a structural glazing and ACP cladding that combined modern aesthetics with long-term reliability. From the initial design consultation to the final handover, our team ensured every element of the façade contributed to both visual sophistication and functional efficiency.

Project Requirements

Since the structure serves as a workspace hub, maximizing natural daylight without compromising on insulation and privacy was a key focus. The materials had to be durable, low-maintenance, and resistant to environmental factors like heat, moisture, and dust. The client focused on the development of Electropreneur Park, VARCoE, FAB Lab, Semiconductor Characterization Lab and Tier III Standard Data Centre. Additionally, the design called for structural precision, safety, and smooth integration of glazing and aluminum systems to achieve a unified architectural appearance.

Scope of Work

  • Structural Glazing – Large glass panels are attached to bear the load, provide a minimalist aesthetic and maximize natural light.
  • ACP Cladding – Thin aluminium sheets are used for its durability, weather resistance, versatility in finishes and textures.
  • SS Railing – Stainless steel is used to maintain safety, long-lasting performance and sleek aesthetic.
